Gaubas Martynas

Martynas Gaubas (born March 7, 1980 in Radviliškis) – painter, sculptor, graphic artist. Member of the world sculptors’ network “Sculpture network” and the Lithuanian Artists’ Union.

Born March 7, 1980 in Radviliškis. In 1999-2004, he studied art and design at Šiauliai University. Since 2000, he has been participating in various exhibitions. The sculptor has already created over 500 sculptures made of wood, stone, and bronze. He has already organized about 25 personal exhibitions and participated in more than 70 group exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Holland, Germany, Poland, Latvia, Ukraine, China). Foreign galleries “Gallery M” (Vienna, Bratislava, New York), “Art gallery 21” (Riga), “Gallery Salling” (Skive, Denmark) present the artist at world art fairs. In 2006, he received the Šiauliai City Municipality Scholarship for “Young Artist”.
