Jonutis Marius

In 1991, he graduated from the Vilnius Academy of Arts with a degree in graphics. He creates sculptures (“Urn”, “Tree”, both 2004), painted wood reliefs (“You are here” 2001, “Window” 2002), paintings (“Family” 2005), graphic works (poster for the international folklore festival “Baltica-93”), and illustrates books (Vytautas V. Landsbergis. Rudnosiukas istorija, 2004).

His works are characterized by decorativeness and bright colors. Since 1989, he has participated in exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad (Germany, France, elsewhere). He has organized 40 individual exhibitions with N. Marčėnaitė (Hamburg 1994, Copenhagen 1999–2001, etc.).
